This policy explains what information Mpress ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
When you fill in an enquiry form we collect:
- Your name, email address and (optionally) phone number.
- Business details you choose to share, such as business name and website.
- The services you are interested in and your monthly budget range.
- Anything you write in the message box.
We also record where the visit came from so we know which ads and campaigns work. This attribution data includes UTM parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign), ad click IDs (such as fbclid, gclid and ttclid), the page you submitted from and the referring site. It is stored in your browser's session storage until the tab is closed and is attached to your enquiry if you submit the form.
Analytics and advertising pixels
When switched on, we use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers and receive information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and whether you submitted a form. If you do not want this, you can block them with your browser settings or a content blocker, or opt out throughGoogle's ad settingsandMeta's ad preferences.
Why we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- To prepare a proposal or growth plan for you.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam.
Legal basis and consent
We contact you about your enquiry because you asked us to, and you confirm this by ticking the consent box on the form (consent, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract). For analytics and advertising pixels we rely on your consent where the law requires it, and otherwise on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business:
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Form automation and CRM tools that receive and store your enquiry (for example Zapier, Make, Google Workspace or a CRM).
- Advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta and Google, when their pixels are enabled.
- Professional advisers or authorities where we are legally required to.
These providers act on our instructions or under their own privacy terms. Some may be located outside your country; where that is the case we rely on appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you become a client (in which case we keep records as needed for the contract and for legal and tax reasons). Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics tool. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you (access).
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Object to or restrict how we use it, including for marketing.
- Receive your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Complain to your local data protection authority.
